I love this! It is so funny to always have a back up joke on your wrist. I'm a mom to three teenagers, and this has diffused many starting conflict situations in our family :) Basically it's the same underlying thought as in the breathing exercises or any mindfulness exercise, you get to redirect your focus. This is just a lot easier way to get the whole family to do it involuntarily and at once. I greatly recommend it :)
