# PACING & ZONE CALCULATION

Set your upper pace limits in seconds per kilometer (sec/km) to define your 5 training zones. Zone 5 is automatically calculated as any pace faster than your Zone 4 limit!

## TARGET ZONES EXPLAINED:

- Zone 1: Slower than Z1 Limit ( + 5:45/km)
- Zone 2: Between Z1 and Z2 Limits (5:45/km to 4:56/km)
- Zone 3: Between Z2 and Z3 Limits (4:56/km to 4:19/km)
- Zone 4: Between Z3 and Z4 Limits (4:19/km to 3:50/km)
- Zone 5: Faster than Z4 Limit ( - 3:50/km)

## TIP TO CONVERT PACES TO SECONDS:
To calculate your setting values: (Minutes × 60) + Seconds
- Example: 3:50/km = (3 × 60) + 50 = 230 sec/km

# CUSTOM ZONE TEXT & ENCOURAGEMENTS

Personalize each target zone with your own custom labels or motivational cues (up to 6 characters max per zone):

## Example:

- Zone 1: EASY / RECOV
- Zone 2: MARA / ENDUR
- Zone 3: SEUIL / TEMPO
- Zone 4: VO2 / FAST
- Zone 5: MAX / PUSH!
