Dieses Datenfeld verbindet Garmin-Uhren über Bluetooth mit dem KingSmith WalkingPad und anderen gebrandeten Geräten, um während des Trainings die Laufband-Geschwindigkeit, -Distanz oder -Schritte in Echtzeit anzuzeigen. Zusammen mit dem Modus und anderen zusammenfassenden Daten und Diagrammen werden diese in die FIT-Datei geschrieben, sodass sie in Garmin Connect angezeigt werden können, sobald die Aktivität hochgeladen wurde.

Über die Datenfeld-Einstellungen in der Connect IQ App, kann das automatische Starten und Stoppen des Laufbandes bei Aktivitätsbeginn und -unterbrechungen, sowie der angezeigte Datenfeld-Titel und Wert (Geschwindigkeit, Pace, Distanz, Schritte etc.), wie hier beschrieben, konfiguriert werden:

￭ Das Datenfeld kann sich nicht verbinden.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das WalkingPad eingeschaltet ist, die Uhr nah dran ist und kein anderes Gerät verbunden ist - insbesondere die KingSmith-App am Smartphone (nur eine Bluetooth-Verbindung möglich).

￭ Garmin Connect zeigt immer Kilometer und km/h an, unabhängig von den Einstellungen.

Garmin lässt es nicht zu, dass die Einheit dynamisch auf der Grundlage der Einstellungen in die FIT-Datei geschrieben wird. Leider gibt es auch keine Konvertierung in Garmin Connect, so dass es keine einfache Lösung für dieses Problem gibt.
Sie können jedoch über dieses Problem an https://www.garmin.com/forms/ideas/ schreiben. Je mehr Leute dies tun, desto größer ist die Chance, dass Garmin sich dieses Problems annimmt.

WalkingPad

This data field connects Garmin watches via Bluetooth to the KingSmith WalkingPad, and branded devices, to show treadmill speed, distance or step data in real-time during your workout. Together with the Mode and other summary data and graphs, this is written to the FIT file, so they can be viewed in Garmin Connect once the activity is uploaded.

This means your steps recorded by the data field are not added to your daily steps.

￭ The connection cannot be established.

Make sure the WalkingPad is switched on, hold the watch close to it, and no other device is connected - in particular, close the KingSmith / KS Fit app on your phone, as a treadmill only allows one Bluetooth connection at a time.

￭ Garmin Connect always displays kilometres and km/h, no matter what is set in the settings.

Garmin does not allow the unit to be dynamically set based on the settings in the FIT file. Unfortunately, there is also no conversion in Garmin Connect, so there is no easy solution for this problem.
However, it is possible to write to https://www.garmin.com/forms/ideas/ about this issue, and the more people write, the greater the chances that Garmin will address it.
