Wakeup heart rate can be an important indicator of your health state.</p><p>Lower HR indicate a general health, while higher values are synptom of tiredness or even illness. (the fever rises the heart rate)</p><p>It's possible to set a normal value (default 60), which this widget uses to calculate a score from 0 to 100.</p><p></p><p>Garmin provides a metric, the rest heart rate, which supposedly should provide a similar result. However I found it inaccurate and misleading, because it seemed to be too low. Also it's not clear when the measurement is taken. I use this app to solve that problem.</p>
