Pin a start line (typically a boat and a mark, but you can use whichever reference fits you), and the app will tell you the distance you were to the line when the timer hits 0. Also it will tell you the speed (SOG) and direction (COG) you had at that moment, and at which time you did cross the line. The background will be highlighted in green if you were on time, or red if you crossed too early.</p>
