Pazo Run puts the workouts of your running plan on your Garmin watch, ready to start.

Pazo Run is the watch companion of the Pazo Run phone app (coming soon to Google Play and the App Store). The phone app builds your plan: 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon, with easy runs, long runs, intervals and tempo, adjusted to how you run today. This watch app brings that plan to your wrist.

• Pair once: open Pazo Run on the watch, type the code it shows in the phone app, in the Watch section of Settings, and you're linked. • Your week on the watch: today's workout and the next days download through Garmin Connect, with your own paces. • Garmin's own workout engine: press START and the workout runs in your watch's native workout screen, with step changes, repeats and pace alerts. The workouts also appear in the watch's Workouts menu and keep working without your phone. • Always up to date: if your plan changes, the watch reminds you to open Pazo Run so it can download the new workouts.

Free: pair with the Pazo Run phone app and run four built-in structured workouts (easy, long run, tempo, intervals) in Garmin’s native workout screen. Optional: with a Pazo Premium subscription, sold only in the Pazo Run phone app, the workouts of your personal training plan also sync to the watch. The watch app itself never asks for payment. Your phone needs Garmin Connect to sync.

Pazo Run
