Love it! Dialling in the score for you and your friends right at your wrist. Highly recommended to use this app. Finally freed from pulling my phone out after each shot.

I would like to write a review to this app in reaction to previous review stating this app is bad. I strongly disagree with most statements so I wanted to provide my experiences. App allows to track scores on currently created scorecard by the player himself. Sync with phone works well, no issues encountered. It sometimes takes a while until current scorecard loads, but it was always within 20 seconds. All of this data counts toward your statistics that would be available only for 10 scorecards without premium, so it is not true that this app makes you waste premium features. At this moment this app cannot track throws themselves, but I never had issue with tracking drives by phone once in a while - no reason to track all throws for me. You have to have your phone with you to create scorecards anyway. I can see that buying garmin smartwatch to track scores and throws with udisc and not checking what the app is capable of beforehand can disappoint you, but blaming udisc devs for that is funny to me. For devs, I have found two ways that could make current app more enjoyable with (possibly) two little tweaks: - I would like to be able to fill more rounds with one activity. Right now, when I finish my round, I have to end scorecard on udisc and quit activity in garmin (creating garmin activity), then create scorecard and run udisc on watch again. If I dont quit udisc on watch, I will be left on last hole of the new scorecard and I have to navigate myself back onto first hole score again, which is annoying. Connecting into new scorecard should move you into first non-filled hole maybe. I'd like to have one activity containing all rounds at once. - I would like to connect into scorecard I did not create. If I want to track scores in watch, I have to be the one creating scorecards. At this point I am lucky that no guy I play with tracks score on watch I hope devs will continue to expand this great new app with other features :) P.S.: Is changelog available somewhere?

I appreciate the effort but this app really limits what you can record with Udisc. The only thing I wanted in this app was the ability to track the distance of my throws and putts, which this app can't do. If you want to use this watch app instead of your phone then you are effectively wasting any of the premium features that Udisc offers. If you pay for Udisc in order to get stat tracking then this watch app is totally useless and your money will be wasted. I was really excited to use this app, and it was the main reason for choosing the Garmin brand, and I am incredibly disappointed that the app is so lacking. hopefully they will update it with a way to track your individual shots very soon. I might just return this Garmin watch and go with a different brand. The disappointment is real, especially since Udisc and Garmin developed this app together and still left it so featureless. Compared to their Golf watches and golf specific apps this is a joke.

Hello, thanks for your review. We just released this app last fall, and our main goal for the first version was to get something that allows basic scoring and seeing distance to pin. We plan to expand it further in the future. Please note that all UDisc watch apps (Apple, Samsung, WearOS, and Garmin) have the same scoring functionality. We plan to expand this in the future.

works pretty dang well with my Garmin Forerunner 255. My only complaint is when I attempt to exit the Udisc "activity" in the middle of a round and look at my watch homescreen or do something else on my watch, it requires me to "save" the activity. when I rejoin the Udisc activity, it's like it's starting a whole new activity. So I have to seperate disc golf activities logged for the day.

Works well but absolutely tanks my battery. I have a Fenix 6x Pro. Normally a 1.5h activity will use maybe 10% of my battery, this app will use 50%.

Using with Venu 2. Being only touch screen input with no way to lock editing, sleeping screen etc it has a tendency to erroneously create inputs, especially when sleeves or putting hands in pockets. It will change recorded scores, it will change hole # and becomes unusable. Family member with same model different watch also had this issue. Being unable to start other activities, not being able to “record” location of shots and other smart scoring features limits the app and compatibility with garmin watches. Good for simple scoring in warm weather but doesn’t save me from using phone in cooler weather.

Works great. Love that I can keep my phone in my bag. Great for checking distance. Would love to see hole maps and elevation change.

Very nice. Just tried it out and it seems to work great. I kept score without any problems. Distances seemed to be fairly accurate. I love that it kept up with steps, heart rate, and where I walked. Pretty much just like the hiking activity but with the ability to do disc golf things! It would be great to have some sort of manual to know how to use other functions.

Version 1.2.3
Nice new use for my watch! However, i would wish for three improvements: 1. Use other widgets while recording the activity, like I can while running. 2. Quit the recording without saving. 3. Mark throws. This could be done with a buttons, like lap times.

Excited to see this on Garmin! Basic scoring functionality is nice, but several improvements could be made in the app: 1. The Garmin "Activity" recording should start/stop when launching and stopping the UDisc app on the watch, not tied to when the UDisc round is started/stopped. I would like to start logging my GPS, heartrate, etc. quickly on the watch, while I may not start the round on UDisc until a couple holes in. This would also allow players to play multiple consecutive rounds and keep one contiguous Garmin Activity recorded. If someone would instead like to record separate Garmin Activities per round, they can simply stop and start the app on their watch. 2. The ability to record strokes using the watch GPS would be an amazing addition (currently you can only record total strokes per hole). This should probably only be available to the primary player on the card (the person wearing the watch). 3. A way to return to the watch face while leaving the Activity recording would be super useful. Thanks!

Works very good. But i would be nice to have indivual throws (fairway, circle 1,...) on the watch. And i can not score OBs on the watch. Please fix this, than it will be perfect for me.

Way too simple (but working). Why the app doesnt log route, measure distances and log individual throws?

Version 1.2.3
Simple and easy, however a little buggy. And would like the ability to register penalty strokes (OB and such). And to see the distance of last throw. And maybe throw stats.
