Intervals Workout is a Data Field for Edge 540 and 1050 that reads your
Intervals.icu structured workout and guides you in real time, step by step.

At a glance:
• Current target watts (blue) + 3s actual power (green/red at ±15 W)
• Heart rate color-coded by zone (gray, blue, green, orange, red by % of threshold)
• Cadence with target (e.g. "target 90 rpm") — green ±5, orange ±10, red beyond
• Step name + position (e.g. "Ramp 50 to 75 %FTP 1/10")
• Step time remaining + total time
• Per-step progress bar

Smart guidance:
• Beep + vibration 5 s before each step change
• Loud beep + double vibration at the end of the workout
• "Next: XXX W" alert before the next effort

How it works:
The app fetches your planned workout (steps, targets, @cadence annotations)
directly from your own Intervals.icu account using your personal API key.
Your data stays between your device and your account — nothing is sent
to a third party.

Setup (app settings in Garmin Connect):
1. Athlete ID (e.g. i123456)
2. Intervals.icu API key (free account required)
3. FTP in watts
4. LTHR (threshold heart rate)

Intervals Workout

• Cible watts courante (bleu) + puissance 3s réelle (vert/rouge selon ±15 W)

1. Athlete ID (ex. i123456)
2. Clé API Intervals.icu (compte gratuit requis sur intervals.icu)
3. FTP en watts
4. LTHR (FC au seuil)

Compatible avec toute sortie structurée : échauffement, seuil, VO2max,
ramps, répétitions. Conçu pour le cyclisme route/indoor.
