TrainCoPilot brings the interval workouts from your training plan to your Garmin watch.

Open the app on the watch, pick a workout for today or the coming days and press START — the workout is saved to the watch's own Workouts list with every step: warm-up, work and recovery intervals, targets by heart rate, pace, power or cadence, step names and your coach's notes. Then run or ride it like any Garmin workout: the watch counts down each step, shows the target range and vibrates on every transition.

What you see on the watch:
• the next 7 days of planned workouts that have intervals (running, cycling, swimming, walking, skiing, rowing);
• a workout card with the interval profile, the structure in words and the coach's note;
• one-press download into the watch's Workouts list; the downloaded workout works without the phone.
• send a workout from the TrainCoPilot app: tap "To watch" and within about 5 minutes the watch asks "Save to the watch?" (the app checks our server through the phone every 5 minutes in the background; nothing runs during an activity);
• workout names start with the date, and past or completed workouts are removed from the Workouts list automatically.

Requirements:
• a TrainCoPilot account (Telegram mini app, https://t.me/TrainCoPilotBot) with an active subscription — the app is free, the service is paid;
• a phone nearby with Garmin Connect running: the watch downloads workouts through the phone;
• pairing: get a one-time code in the mini app (Profile → Devices → Garmin watch) and enter it on the watch or in this app's settings in Garmin Connect.

Completed workouts sync to TrainCoPilot through your usual Garmin Connect connection; this app does not read sensors or activity history and does not write to Garmin Connect.

Supported: watches and bike computers that accept downloaded workouts — fēnix 6/7/8/E, Enduro, epix (Gen 2), Forerunner 55/165/245/255/265/570/745/945/955/965/970, Instinct 2/3/Crossover/E, MARQ (Gen 2), Venu 2/3/4/X1, vívoactive 5/6, Edge 530/540/550/830/840/850/1030 Plus/1040/1050.

TrainCoPilot

Garmin.

• план на 7 дней вперёд — тренировки с отрезками (бег, вело, плавание, ходьба, лыжи, гребля);
• карточка тренировки: профиль отрезков, структура словами, заметка тренера;
• отправка из приложения TrainCoPilot: нажми «На часы» — в течение ~5 минут часы спросят «Загрузить на часы?» (приложение раз в 5 минут в фоне через телефон проверяет наш сервер; во время тренировки не работает);

• аккаунт TrainCoPilot (мини-приложение в Telegram, https://t.me/TrainCoPilotBot) с действующей подпиской — приложение бесплатное, сервис платный;
• телефон рядом с открытым Garmin Connect: часы качают тренировки через телефон;
Garmin Connect.

Garmin Connect.
