Can't see power from Stryd. :( Any settings/pairing needed? How to setup a workout?

February 18, 2022 | Version 1.5.0

6 stars!) I tried out the data field today. Everything is as it should be. Only in headphones connected to the watch, there is no signal to exit the desired zone. Or have I not configured something?

This has been my go-to datafield for power-based training. It's unfortunate that Garmin still hasn't incorporated native support for power but until then, this data field fills the gap.

Großartiges Datenfeld , dass ich nun trotz gleicher Funktionen der Fenix 7 im Vergleich zur 6 nicht mehr nutzen kann. Schade.

January 30, 2022 | Version 1.4.3

Had just started using this and was amazing on my 6x, please, please, please make it available on the Epix 2 :-)

Awesome data field Any plans to make it available on F7 and Epix ?

APP is excellent, I was using it on F6X while importing PPP workouts from Final Surge. Are there any plans maybe to add support for new devices? New Epix particulary? :)

Perfect. I use it for my Stryd‘s workouts imported from Final Surge. It would be even better if it were possible to set the data fields with a black background and numbers in white.

Wirklich sehr gut umgesetzt! Ich habe schon länger etwas gesucht um mit dem Stryd Pod Workouts ohne Premiumaccount über Todays Plan zu nutzen.

Been using it for about 4 months now and Honestly perfect. Super easy to use and I can finally use run mode with power and have my workouts come from TrainingPeaks. NOTE if you are using Stryd make sure you have the Stryd zones. Data field aswell as this so that it also uploads to Stryd app

is it possible to set the main screen to show the training phase from Garmin couch on Fenix 6x pro, not power but heart rate or pace depending on how the training is planned. if this functionality was added, the app would be brilliant. please author add this functionality, thank you very much

Ok so it’s showing up on Garmin connect as data screen but can get it on the watch after syncing several times. What am I missing. Garmin 935.

It is perfect for workouts. From Final Surge to Garmin. 10/10.

Love using this for structured workouts instead of the Stryd workout app so I can use the native Run activity. 1 suggestion. On the “single field layout”, can you include the remaining time in the workout step? I only need step power, 10s power (with range) and remaining step time.

Coll data field! Thanks a lot! Can you add lap time, it's very needful for interval training at track.

I like this data field und use it with Stryd power sensor. It’s offering everything I need for a run with power. Very good work. Thank you!

nice job, the best for using the stryd sensor. thank you for your work

This data field looks very promising. Can you add some information or documentation on how to set up Power-based run workouts, or explain how to set up a sync with 3rd party training plan providers (TrainingPeaks/FinalSurge/etc)? What is the difference between "Step Power" and "Lap Power"? And what is the difference between "Elapsed Time" and "Time"?

Good job

The FTP is the ‘Functional Treshold Power’ or ‘Critical Power’. It is used to calculate the power zones and percentages. More info available from Stryd:

It's wonderful to see a datafield that's actually taking advantage of the new ability to pull the workout target information! Looking forward to: * Nice minimal version for if you want to have other data fields on the same screen (just the top sigment?) * Better support for if you're not in a structured workout (have the step time count up, power gauge either shows current zone or just the range you've been in that lap) * Alerts when power is outside of the target Thanks for making this!

Hi Jonathan, we’ve just released an update that addresses your feedback! The datafield now has support for smaller layout so you can add it alongside other datafields. Besides that, when outside a workout the current powerzone is displayed.
