Name: Eye Rest 20 – 20-20-20 Eye Break Reminder
Rating: 5 (1 reviews)
Author: Tomas

Give your eyes a break with the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes of sitting, look about 20 meters away for 20 seconds. A simple habit that helps against tired, dry eyes and screen headaches.

  HOW IT WORKS
While you sit, your watch checks in the background. When it's time, it asks to open the app. Accept, and a 20-second countdown starts, with a progress ring and a gentle buzz at the start and end. Tap "Postpone" to skip until the next check.

  SMART REMINDERS
  • Only while you sit: walking resets the timer
  • Skips workouts and moments of high stress
  • Quiet during Do Not Disturb, sleep time and outside your hours

  YOUR SCHEDULE
  • Active hours in 30-minute steps
  • Turn each day of the week on or off
  • Optional different hours for each day
  • Adjustable interval, rest length, step limit, stress level and
  vibration
