Cave Intervals is an interval timer built for training without watching the screen, made by Caving Stories, the cave exploration channel on YouTube.

Set warm-up, work, rest, rounds, sets and cool-down, and the watch buzzes and beeps at every phase change, with a count-down over the last three seconds.

- Built-in presets: Tabata 20/10 x8, HIIT 30/30 x10, EMOM 60 s x10, and 3 min/1 min run repeats.
- Progress ring and a large countdown you can read at a glance, in dark cave colours with the work phase in headlamp amber.
- Round and set always on screen, plus heart rate when the watch reports it.
- Records the session as an activity and syncs it to Garmin Connect: one lap per phase, each tagged with its phase and round number, plus your real working time in the summary. Recording can be switched off.
- Configure it on the watch or from the phone settings.
- Works offline, no phone required.

Controls: START to begin, pause and resume. BACK to end the session. DOWN to skip a phase. UP to repeat a phase. MENU for settings.

The "Caving Stories" menu entry shows a QR code that opens the channel.

Cave Intervals by Caving Stories

Controles: START empieza, pausa y reanuda. BACK termina la sesión.
