This App is designed to guide you through a Moxy 5-1-5 Running Assessment. You enter in your estimated 10K pace in the Menu from the sensor screen. The app uses that information to calculate the target paces for each of the 5-1-5 load steps. After you have verified that the sensors are all reading properly, you press start to begin the assessment. The speedometer-like indicator will show if you are going too fast, too slow, or just right. Try to keep the black bar in the green zone, but keep your pace smooth and steady and avoid abrupt changes.</p>
