This app helps you track your energy in- and out flow. I.e. track what you eat and what you burn.</p><p>The app will present a forecast of today’s food intake and burn in Kcal. It will also graphically show the balance for the last week.</p><p>Once you have configured you own typical food intake, you only need to log any differences to your defaults, using up to eight different ‘food buckets’ per day. (One is typically used for breakfast, one for lunch etc.)</p>
