HangTime - Grip Connect is built for climbers and boulderers using hangboards, fingerboards and no-hang training setups. Connect a supported Bluetooth force device directly to your watch and keep your phone in your bag.

SIX WAYS TO TRAIN
• Live Data: follow your force, peak, average and force history. Choose a timed or unlimited session.
• Peak Force / MVC: measure your maximum pull, compare left and right, and repeat a trial.
• Endurance: hold for a chosen duration, with optional target-force feedback and left/right trials.
• RFD: measure how quickly you build force and review your pull on a graph.
• Repeaters: customise sets, repetitions, pull time and rest periods.
• Critical Force: complete 24 pulls over four minutes to estimate the force you can sustain.

SAVE YOUR TRAINING
• Record sessions as Garmin activities with force data.
• Review saved activities after syncing with Garmin Connect.
• Use kilograms or pounds across all tests, with your watch's units selected by default.
• Keep up to 12 devices saved and choose which one to connect.
• The backlight stays on during active recording where supported.

GET STARTED
1. Turn on your force device and disconnect it from other apps.
2. Open HangTime - Grip Connect and select Add device.
3. Choose your device in Garmin's device picker.
4. Connect, choose a test and follow the tare instructions.

REQUIREMENTS
A compatible Garmin watch and a supported Bluetooth force device are required. Devices are sold separately.
