This data field displays the rider's W' balance.</p><p>A power meter is required to use this data field.</p><p>Real-time health (W'Balance) values are recorded in the Garmin log file.</p><p>I changed the calculation method using float values. Therefore, the W′ balance graph is smoother than other apps.</p><p></p><p>There is an option to estimate the real-time CP, W'. If you do not know CP and W', turn on the option and measure before using.</p>
