This data field displays the numerical value of w’bal and its evolution during last 3 minutes of activity. TTE (time to exhaustion) or TTR (time to recovery) are also shown.</p><p>Using a power meter is required to evaluate w’bal.</p><p></p><p>wbal represents the available Anaerobic Work Capacity and it is calculated according to integral or differential models proposed by Skiba et al. The user can select most suitable model. Differencial model assumes a higher Anaerobic Work Capacity spending and recovering ratio than that given by integral model. w’bal is shown as percentage of Anaerobic Work Capacity (w’).</p>
