Name: Swim Intervals
Author: Techstellar

Swim Intervals is a Connect IQ data field for Garmin’s native Pool Swim activity. It lists the latest completed intervals that fit your screen: number, distance, time, and stroke.

How to add it
1. Start Pool Swim (not Open Water, not a Connect IQ watch app).
2. Menu → Data Screens → add a screen with 1 field.
3. Connect IQ → Swim Intervals.

hat you see
• Newest interval on top
• As many rows as the watch can draw
• Live row for the set in progress
• Rest-only intervals hidden
• Distance follows watch units (m or yd)
• Strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Drill, Mixed, IM
Limits
• Pool Swim only
• No scrolling (touch is off in swim). Older intervals drop off the screen
• The field records intervals itself — Garmin does not expose lap history to data fields
No ANT, no GPS permission, no personal data stored.
