Strength Save for Garmin is a client for your Strength Save account. After one-time pairing it downloads today's plan, lets you do the planned workout or a quick workout built from recently performed exercises, and sends your sets to one workout history that you see in the iPhone and Android apps.

On the watch:

- the next set target is calculated on the Strength Save server from your plan and workout history;
- four set types: weight and reps, duration, weight with distance and duration, assisted; any set can be marked as a warm-up;
- rest between sets from 30 s to 4 min (default 90 s) and between exercises up to 5 min or off (default 150 s), with a vibration when it ends;
- session duration, completed sets, and training volume;
- kilograms or pounds on screen, always stored in kg;
- a rest day in your plan (including a vacation set in the app) opens a menu with a quick workout;
- training without a connection: sets wait on the watch until they are sent, and a workout can be discarded without saving;
- the workout saved as a strength activity in Garmin Connect;
- Polish and English.

Requirements: a Strength Save account with an active Strength Save PRO subscription, the Strength Save app for iPhone or Android (pairing code in the app: Profile, Devices and connections), and a phone connected to the watch through the Garmin Connect app, because the watch downloads the plan and sends sets through the phone.

Payment: the watch has no purchase of its own. Without an active Strength Save PRO the watch shows a PRO required message and does not download the plan. The subscription (monthly or yearly, auto-renewing) is bought and restored only in the iOS or Android app. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms (details: https://strengthsave.app/terms). One subscription covers every Strength Save app.

Permissions:

- Communications: download today's plan and send logged sets to the Strength Save server over HTTPS.
- Fit: record the workout as a strength activity and save it to Garmin Connect (or discard the recording on request).

Privacy:

The watch stores a revocable device token, today's plan, and unsent sets locally. It never stores a password or an account sign-in token. The Strength Save server receives the sets (exercise, reps, weight, duration, distance, assistance, warm-up), session times, a device identifier, and sync state. Heart rate and the FIT file stay in Garmin Connect; Strength Save does not receive them. Privacy policy: https://strengthsave.app/privacy

Strength Save

- cel kolejnej serii liczony na serwerze Strength Save z planu i historii treningów;
- cztery typy serii: ciężar z powtórzeniami, czas, ciężar z dystansem i czasem, ćwiczenie wspomagane; każdą serię można oznaczyć jako rozgrzewkę;
- przerwa między seriami od 30 s do 4 min (domyślnie 90 s) i między ćwiczeniami do 5 min albo wyłączona (domyślnie 150 s), z wibracją na koniec;
- czas sesji, liczba serii i tonaż;
- kilogramy albo funty na ekranie, zapis zawsze w kg;
- dzień wolny w planie (także urlop ustawiony w aplikacji) otwiera menu z szybkim treningiem;
- trening bez zasięgu: serie czekają na zegarku do wysyłki, a trening można odrzucić bez zapisu;
- zapis treningu jako aktywności siłowej w Garmin Connect;
- język polski i angielski.

Jedna subskrypcja obejmuje wszystkie aplikacje Strength Save.

Uprawnienia:

Zegarek przechowuje lokalnie odwoływalny token urządzenia, plan dnia i niewysłane serie. Nie przechowuje hasła ani tokenu logowania do konta. Do serwera Strength Save trafiają serie (ćwiczenie, powtórzenia, ciężar, czas, dystans, odciążenie, rozgrzewka), godziny sesji, identyfikator urządzenia i stan synchronizacji.
