Your wrist, as a front page.

Breaking News Lite turns a raised wrist into a newspaper: the time in a heavy deck across the top, the date beside it, and a real headline set large in a gold bar, the way a front page has always been set.

The headlines are real. They come from a news engine that reads hundreds of publishers, groups the reports of the same event together, and ranks them by how many independent newsrooms picked the story up. When enough of them agree quickly enough, the red BREAKING band runs.

HONEST BY DESIGN
Only the headline and the publisher, who is always named. No article text is scraped and no paywall is bypassed. Nothing is invented: if the news cannot be reached, the face keeps its last real headlines. No story is ranked by its politics, and no AI writes anything you read.

Needs your phone connected for new headlines. Always-on ready. Light on the battery: far fewer fetches while you sleep.
