Name: Beat: Fitness Coach & Crew
Author: Beat_Fitness

Beat is a fitness companion for the long haul. Not a feed, not a leaderboard: a coach that reads your own data, a crew that notices whether you showed up, a program that adapts to what you lifted, and an honest read on how your body is changing month to month.

SHOW UP Your week keeps score. A streak of weeks, and three rings for sessions, active days and check-ins. Lifts, runs and rides all count, logged in the app or synced from your phone.

GET COACHED The coach reads every session, weigh-in and night's sleep before it answers. Ask it whether to push bench or back off and it tells you from your last three upper days and your sleep this week, not from a generic plan. It sets today's session, reacts when you log one, and keeps a memory of what works for you.

A PROGRAM THAT KNOWS YOUR LAST TOP SET Build your program with supersets, rest and targets, or start from a template. Each day shows your lifts with a cue from the coach, then one tap starts the session. The runner walks you through sets with your last numbers in front of you.

AN HONEST READ ON YOUR BODY Weight, body fat and muscle from your scale or from weekly progress photos, with an optional AI body-composition estimate. Beat reads them as a trend, not a number. The scale lies weekly. The trend doesn't.

RECOVERY, BEFORE TODAY'S SESSION Sleep with its stages, resting heart rate and HRV from Apple Health. Training load as the ratio of this week to the last four, so you know when you're loading productively and when you're not.

A CREW THAT SHOWS UP Peers puts you in a small crew on the same kind of goal this quarter. Each person is a row of this week's dots: lift, cardio, rest. Nobody's numbers cross the line. Nobody posts. You only see whether they turned up, and they see the same of you.

BRING YOUR OWN AI Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok and it gets the same read Beat's coach has. With your permission it can edit your program and log sessions. Every change it makes is recorded with a before and after, and you can revert any of it.

ALSO • Syncs weigh-ins and workouts from Apple Health and Withings scales • Weekly recap every Monday: sessions, active days, check-ins and the trend • Dark and light themes • Free, with no card and no ads

Beat is built for recomps, cuts, bulks and strength builds that take months, not weeks. Show up. Get coached. Better every month.
