Name: SaunaTracker
Author: Kevlune

Kevlune SaunaTracker turns your sauna visit into a real, recorded activity - with rounds, cooling and rest, heart-rate insights and a clean, glanceable design.

Press start and the app times your round in the sauna, the cooling and rest in between, and your whole session. Everything is saved as a Garmin activity (each phase as a lap) and syncs to Garmin Connect.

WHAT IT DOES
- Rounds with an optional cooling phase: sauna, then cooling, then rest
- Progress ring and big timer, round number, and live heart rate with a zone label
- Heart-rate recovery: see how far your pulse drops during cooling and rest
- Per-round breakdown and best recovery on the summary
- Time-in-sauna alert (default 15 min), with optional repeat
- Countdown and end-of-phase alert for cooling and rest
- Heart-rate safety alert when you go over your limit
- Hydration reminder when a rest begins
- Round goal, session history, weekly goal, daily streak and a stats chart
- Presets plus a custom preset you define (sauna / rest minutes, rounds)
- Optional auto-advance: phases move on automatically at the target time

BUILT FOR THE HEAT
An in-app Lock keeps sweat and water from triggering anything: it auto-locks when you start, ignores taps and short button presses, and only a long button press unlocks it (shown by a filling ring). All your data stays visible while locked. Every alert, vibration and sound can be turned on or off - keep vibration only, add a tone, or go completely silent. Auto-save protects your session if the app closes.

TEMPERATURE
Kevlune SaunaTracker uses heart rate as its effort signal. If your watch has a built-in thermometer, you can optionally show ambient temperature; otherwise heart rate gives the honest picture of how your body handles the heat. (Watches have no reliable sauna thermometer, and sauna air is hotter than the sensors are rated for.)

SIMPLE CONTROLS
The top button advances to the next phase, the bottom button pauses, and a long press opens the menu to finish and save. On-screen hints show what each button does, and on touch watches you can tap them too.

Works on a wide range of Garmin watches. Enjoy your sessions, and stay safe in the heat.
