Name: Shan Jing · Ink Watch Face
Author: MarxTseng

Shan Jing ("quiet mountains") is a free digital watch face built around distant mountains, drifting mist and empty space. No second hand, no animations, no progress pressure. Just a calm, clear time.

FOUR BACKGROUNDS
Mountains, Misty Lake, Bamboo and Pure Black. Backgrounds are set separately from color themes.

FOUR COLOR THEMES
Shan Jing (default), Tea Mist, Moss and Moonlight. The time, date, icons, values and the tone of the landscape change together.

FOUR CUSTOMIZABLE DATA SLOTS
Each of the four slots along the lower edge (left, lower left, lower right, right) can show steps, heart rate, temperature, battery, calories, distance, floors climbed, intensity minutes (this week), Body Battery, stress, next sunrise or sunset, or nothing. Defaults: steps, heart rate, temperature, battery. When data is not available yet, the slot shows --.

TIME AND DATE
Rounded Nunito digits follow your watch's 12/24-hour setting; the weekday follows your device language. Temperature and distance follow your metric/statute settings.

ALWAYS-ON AND LOW POWER
In always-on or low-power mode only a dim grey time is shown. The background, date and data are hidden.

SETTINGS
On the watch: press and hold the watch face, choose Shan Jing, then Customize (or Settings) to change background, theme and the four data slots. You can also change them in the Connect IQ or Garmin Connect app on your phone.

PRIVACY
Free, no ads, no network access, and no data collected or sent anywhere. Heart rate, Body Battery and stress are read and shown on the watch only (this needs the Sensor History permission). Weather and sunrise times come from the weather data already on your watch.
