Name: ToeTheLine-Life Companion Application
Author: ToeTheLine-Life

Note: go to ToeTheLine.Life to create an account that this Garmin App is a companion to.

The official Garmin companion to the ToeTheLine app (iOS & Android). Record your workouts on your watch and they flow straight into your ToeTheLine training log — one fair scoreboard for every activity and every device.

Record any activity, right from the watch: Pick your activity — walk, hike, run, ruck, and more — and your terrain. Choose your gear and shoes, pulled from your ToeTheLine profile with your defaults pre-filled. Live data screens: pace, heart rate, distance, per-mile splits, and a full-screen GPS route (real basemap on map-capable watches).

Fuel and glucose, in the moment: Log fuel mid-workout — a gel, food, or drink with calories — folded straight into your activity timeline. Real-time glucose + trend on the watch, with a dedicated glucose page and sparkline, if you use a CGM connected to ToeTheLine.

Rucking, done right. For weighted carries it adds what a running watch doesn't: a live Ruck Score, flat-equivalent pace, and load-adjusted calories (Pandolf model) that account for your pack weight and terrain — plus on-watch pack gear + weight selection.

It all syncs. Every session records as a standard Garmin FIT to Garmin Connect and to your ToeTheLine log, where your carried weight, terrain, ruck score, and fuel carry through.

Setup: Requires a free ToeTheLine account and the ToeTheLine app (toetheline.life, iOS/Android). On first launch, press Connect and sign in on your phone — no codes or tokens to copy.

Glucose, calories, and ruck score are descriptive metrics only.

Medical disclaimer: If you connect a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), the glucose values shown on your watch are for informational and training purposes only. They are not a medical device, are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or dosing decisions, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a blood‑glucose meter or the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any medical or treatment decisions.
