Send the runs from your In the Running training plan to your Garmin watch as native workouts, with your paces, intervals, warm-ups and cool-downs set out step by step.

• Sync the next 14 days of runs in one go
• Browse your plan and saved workouts and pick one to save
• Send runs from your phone; the watch picks them up by itself, or straight away from Check phone sends
• Start a saved workout from the watch’s own Run app, like any Garmin workout

To connect: in In the Running, go to You › Connected apps › Garmin watch and tap Create pairing code. Enter the code in this app’s settings in Garmin Connect, then open the app on your watch and choose Pair watch.

Needs an In the Running account with a training plan or saved workouts. Workouts are saved on the watch, not added to your Garmin Connect calendar.
