Strava Live Suffer Score

Description

Live Suffer Score gives you a second-by-second answer to a tricky question: How hard are you trying? Strava analyzes how much time you spend in different heart rate zones and measures total activity effort with a simple rating: The deeper you dig, the longer you can hold on, the higher your Suffer Score.

Live Suffer Score is pre-installed on the Forerunner 735XT and works with all...

Doesn't work on the fenix 3 HR - it's telling me that it needs a heart rate monitor. :/

Garmin Edge 520. Doesn't work. I have matched my HR-zones, have the speed sensor installed and it's never the same as the Strava score. About 50%, but not exactly, Also you cannot see the information afterwards on the Garmin device. Sorry: Useless

I am not sure that it counts points in red correctly from Strava - on Strava these are doubled. I have only had non matching reads when I have a lot of points in the red.

Works great on Edge 520 once you've typed in your HR zones. Pretty much matches strava website sufferscore for continuous ride. However if you take a café stop the app sufferscore ends up lower than the strava website.

This is a pain to work with it. I am not sure how the premium version works, but definitely this is not luring me into that. At the minimum, I expect the publisher provide some instruction on adding this to data screen and it does not appear normally!

The heart rate zone input fields do not match my strava account. This app allows you to input 4 zones fields but strava has 5 zones. i've tried putting in the zones assuming the zone 1 is the beginning and then tried again assuming zone 5 is the end to try and match the missing zone... the suffer score never matches. It doesn't work.

Worked the first time I set up my Run data screens but if I switched activity profiles then came back to Run it would disappear with "Timer" in its place. It also disappears when rebooting the device. Could you please fix this issue? It's very annoying to set up my data screens before going for a run. Not very accurate. On a flat out 43 mile ride it only recorded 62 while I got an epic 263 on the Strava website.

I do not understand, it works only with the GPS mode? In indoor training Strava Live Suffer Score does not show any data.

Works on my Edge 520, but a bit confused why I get a different (lower) Suffer Score in Strava after syncing the activity..?

I used this app on my FR620. Imho, It's useless unless you can store the score either on the watch or the phone AFTER the run. You rarely care to watch the score while you run. And You usually stop the run by press the stop button, and swoosh there's nothing about suffer score anymore :) Yeah, maybe It will work if you have premium Strava.

I hope you will implement storing of the starva suffer score in Garmin connect now that it's possible with the new version of Connect IQ

Works great on Fenix 3. I confirmed my trying zones matched, and the watch and Strata report the same score.
