It's a good application. However, I don't understand why you would create an app that doesn't give you an option to save the data. It calculates the area for you but after you close it the data is gone. It's like writing information on a tissue paper. It looks like this was an app from an intern at Garmin but no one dared to improve on it.

Works great! But don't close the app when finished without writing down the results! This app needs a way to retain or recall last measurement(s), some kind of history (saving the entries). Otherwise I can't give full 5 stars!

Would be good if it will save the sqm value in the activity some how or as history. Right now there is no way to go back and check the Area size once you close it.

Works as expected except that it only displays the area until you exit. Saving the activity does not save the area number anywhere. Would also be useful to view the map while hiking around the perimeter.

I know this isn't related to this software in particular, (it's actually a bug report for the ConnectIQ app (and potentially forerunner 245 firmware)) but there's a weird bug that causes some apps to update multiple times for the same update. Another thing that happens is that the indicator for the watch's available space never updates (for me it's stuck at 15/31) One last thing that happens is that a deadlock occurs in the app after the first bug mentioned, and nothing can update or install until I restart the app. Actual review below. The only reason I will uninstall this is because I won't really use it. Nonetheless, I will give this a 5 star review, because I assume that this is a good app, and will give accurate results.

Works great for vivoactive. But it could be more interesting to calculate the area by saving several Gps points because there are sometimes barriers between the points.
