• Nabız, tempo ve saatinin kalori hesabını kullanır
• Koşu öncesi beslenme ve jel planı saatten ya da telefondan girilir
• Eşik nabzını kendi zorlu eforlarından öğrenir

— ENGLISH —
FuelMix estimates how much of the energy you burn comes from fat and how much from carbohydrates – live during your activity and as a total at the end. For running and cycling.

• Always shown as a range (e.g. Fat 22–31% · Carb 69–78%), in % and grams
• Uses heart rate, pace and your watch's calorie count
• Pre-run nutrition and gel plan can be entered on the watch or phone
• Learns your threshold heart rate from your own hard efforts
• Garmin Connect: summary, lap values and fat-share chart

Under active development. Estimates for training only – not a medical application.
