Strength training and gym workouts, logged from the watch: sets, reps, weight and
reps-in-reserve, with no phone in your hand and no connection needed.

The BulkForged phone app runs a progressive-overload engine that decides what you lift
next -- double progression, applied for you, exercise by exercise. This watch app is the
wrist half of it: your routines arrive on the watch, you log every set from your wrist,
and finished sessions flow back.

ON THE WATCH
- Guided sessions - your routine, exercise by exercise, with the prescribed weight and
  rep range for the set you are on.
- Log from your wrist - weight, reps and reps-in-reserve.
- Rest timer between sets.
- Cardio bouts - indoor or outdoor, with GPS distance and calories outdoors.
- Bodyweight logging.
- Deload-aware - during a deload week the watch simply prescribes the lighter numbers.
- Fully offline - start, run and finish a workout with no phone and no connection.
  Everything queues and syncs when a connection returns.
- An equal peer to the phone - a workout started on either device shows on the other,
  set for set, while it is still in progress.

FOR LIFTERS
Barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable and bodyweight work -- push/pull/legs, upper/lower,
full body, or a split of your own. The phone app builds the plan and moves the targets;
the watch runs the session.

SETUP
In the phone app open Settings, then Account, and tap Generate pairing code. On the watch
open BulkForged and choose Pair to enter the 8-digit code. Pairing happens on the watch,
so the Connect Mobile app-settings screen is never needed.

WHY THESE PERMISSIONS
- Communications - talks only to BulkForged's own sync service, to pull your routines and
  upload finished sessions. Workouts run fully offline.
- Positioning and FIT - GPS distance and calories for outdoor cardio only. Indoor cardio
  never turns GPS on.
- Sensor History - reads the Body Battery and stress history already on your watch to
  show a training-readiness signal.

Runs on 41 Garmin models - fenix 6, 7 and 8, epix, Enduro, MARQ and Forerunner.
