Name: TW1 Workouts
Author: twan.148

Complete your TW1 planned training on your watch. TW1 Workouts brings supported gym, core, BMX track and sprint sessions to your wrist, with prescribed sets, repetitions or work seconds, instructions and recovery.

Start and confirm each effort, skip a set when needed, pause or resume, and record session RPE. Completing an effort starts the planned rest countdown; the next effort starts when you choose Start. Supported watches can vibrate or play a tone when rest ends. Unfinished workouts and unsent results stay saved for review or retry until TW1 acknowledges the result.

Available foreground heart rate is summarized with measurement coverage. Outdoor sprints can include a filtered GPS top-speed estimate when suitable readings are available. The app does not save routes or GPS coordinates. Button timestamps and GPS estimates are not timing-gate measurements, and lifted weight or repetitions are not measured by the watch. Review changed strength work in TW1 on your phone.

Requires an existing TW1 athlete account and a supported planned workout. On your phone, sign in to https://tw1actionsports.com/settings/watch, read the notice and generate a pairing code. On the watch, choose CONNECT TW1, enter the four-digit code and confirm OK. Touchscreen watches use a number-only keypad; button-only watches use numeric selection. Compare the separate confirmation number on the watch and in TW1, then approve the matching number on your phone. Leave the watch pairing screen open while the connection completes automatically.

Garmin Connect on your paired phone, Bluetooth and internet are required to download workouts and send results. Today's first supported planned session is requested when the linked app opens. You can also send a session from TW1. Supported plans contain up to 36 efforts; circuits, unsupported prescriptions and oversized workouts stay available on the phone.

The Store app connects to TW1 workout plans and results. It does not retrieve Garmin overnight HRV, sleep, Body Battery or stress history, and does not need your Garmin password. Read the privacy notice for data access and your controls.
