Name: MCV · Workout on your wrist
Author: MCVLife

Follow your MCV workout on your wrist.

Start a workout in the MCV app on your phone and your watch takes it from there: the exercise you are on, the set with its target (reps, weight and RPE), a Done button, the rest countdown with a vibration when it ends, and your heart rate. Everything you do on the watch goes back to your phone, so your log stays complete.

Controls: tap or START to mark a set done or skip the rest; UP and DOWN add or take 15 seconds of rest.

Requires the MCV app on your Android phone (currently in beta). The watch only shows your workout and your heart rate: it does not store or send anything else.
