Swimming and training by using threshold pace, Aerobic Swimming Treshold, T-pace, Critical Swim Speed (CSS) or by just keeping a steady pace over a longer distance will improve your endurance and speed. Correct pacing will make you better at maintaining your technique. Swim Pacer will let you set the pace for a lap and the number of laps you want to go (or if endless mode and it will continue until stopped). You will get a tone and vibration as indication when you should lap to keep a steady pace. If you get the signal before you reach the end of the pool you are swimming too slow. If you already flipped around when you get the signal you are going too fast! Do a flip turn when the watch vibrates and you hear the tone and you are in the sweet spot! Then keep the pace and increase number of laps or slowly decrease time per lap as you improve.</p>
