Turn your weekly running into a circuit worth completing.

Runner Face fills a 48-slot bezel circuit as your weekly distance grows. Completed slots use Z1-Z5 colors to show a recommended or manually entered weekly intensity mix, while four gates mark 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% progress.

The center keeps the essentials readable: time, date, color-coded battery percentage, weekly distance and baseline, easy-running balance, recovery status, and one concise next-run mission.

Automatic mode uses your recent four completed weeks to recommend a conservative BUILD, BALANCED, or PERFORMANCE zone plan and calculates a weekly distance baseline from the median. You can also set a manual weekly goal, easy-running target, and Z1-Z5 mix in the watch-face settings.

Battery colors: green at 50% or higher, yellow at 30-49%, orange at 10-29%, and red below 10%. Always-On mode shows only a dim, gently shifting time to reduce AMOLED burn-in risk.

Weekly distance and recovery use Garmin complications when available. Connect IQ does not provide historical time-in-zone totals to watch faces, so the automatic zone mix is a recommendation based on recent running frequency, duration, and consistency—not a measured weekly zone total or medical guidance.

Currently supports Forerunner 570 42mm.

Runner Face: Weekly Zones
