Name: Pomodoro Focus – Timer, Stats & Webhooks
Author: Sitebase

Stay in flow with the Pomodoro technique right on your wrist.

KEEPS RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND
• Leave the app, do a workout, check your messages. The timer keeps going and alerts you when the phase ends.
• State survives restarts: cycle count, task and paused time are remembered.

ALERTS YOU CAN'T MISS
• Vibrate, tone or both, with light, medium or strong vibration and 1–7 pulses
• 1-minute warning, optional halfway buzz, backlight on alert
• Reminder every minute until you start the next phase

YOUR RHYTHM
• Auto-start breaks and auto-start focus are separate toggles
• Pause, skip, +5 min and reset
• Presets: Classic 25/5, Short 15/3, DeskTime 52/17, Deep 50/10, Ultradian 90/20, or set your own lengths on the watch or phone
• Task labels such as Coding, Email or Study, with time per task
• Flowmodoro: focus as long as you're in flow, then get a break of one fifth of that time

MOTIVATION
• Daily goal, focus minutes, streak and 7-day chart
• Optional: record focus sessions as an activity so heart rate, stress and calories show up in Garmin Connect
• Glance with time left and today's count; watch-face complication on newer devices
• Break hints based on your Garmin stress level
• Light or dark theme, optional confirm-before-leaving

AUTOMATION
• Send every event (focus started or completed, break, pause, goal reached…) to a webhook
• Publish to MQTT via Home Assistant, EMQX or any HTTP→MQTT bridge
• Turn on Do Not Disturb, change your Slack status, log time to Toggl, switch your desk light red. Anything your automation tool can do.
• An offline queue resends events when your phone is back in range

BATTERY FRIENDLY
• Battery saver redraws once a minute and every second only in the last minute.

Controls: START = start/pause, UP/MENU = menu, DOWN = stats, BACK = leave (the timer keeps running).
