The Motivation App is meant for runners who race longer distances such as marathons or half-marathons and is built by a marathoner for marathoners. By combining the heart rate and core body temperature information, the app calculates your expected effort level and notifies you in real-time once you reach a new level (light/blue, moderate/green, borderline/yellow, hard/orange, or maximum/red). This helps to make you more aware of your perceived effort while racing and guides you to pick an optimal race pace. Every kilometer a detailed lap overview is shown. The data is recorded in the activity file.</p>
