Worth It? is a session-based drink logger for Garmin watches. Start a session with the first drink, add later drinks with a tap, and end the session when the night is over. Review the drink count, duration, timing, and available heart-rate context on the watch.

The optional Famous Last Words prompt records your own prediction about the next day. Past sessions remain available for review on the watch.

Send to phone opens a static report in your paired phone's browser. Session data is encoded only in the URL fragment and processed locally by the page; it is not sent to GitHub Pages or an application server. There are no accounts, analytics, advertisements, or automatic uploads.

Heart rate can change for many reasons. The app presents association and context only; it does not make medical, safety, intoxication, or fitness-to-drive claims.
