Get heart rate and running speed on treadmill from your Garmin watch to virtual training apps such as Arcade Fitness or Zwift.

Broadcast heart rate and/or running speed to Zwift or Bluetooth Smart GPS head unit

In order to do so, you need to use the companion app Treadmill Speed Transmitter on Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bipr.treadmill.speedtransmitter). Heart rate and running speed (cadence too) will be broadcasted as would a standard Bluetooth Smart sensor.

Now compatible with Garmin Fenix 6 and Marq series as well as other new devices.

Speed now comes only from accelerometer and no more from GPS which was causing some trouble while running indoor. You can adjust the step length in the settings of the Garmin Connect mobile app.

Run on Zwift with your Garmin watch. In order to be able to do this : use an Android phone as a bridge between your watch and Zwift with additionnal app : Treadmill Speed Transmitter on your phone (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bipr.treadmill.speedtransmitter)

App del tutto INUTILE! Trasmette soltanto la frequenza cardiaca su swift ma per trasmetterla non serve nessuna app! Basta andare nelle opzioni ed attivare la trasmissione del cardio da polso

Used to pair vivoactive 4 with echelon Fit app when nothing else would work. Requires the companion app but works as described. Great work!

I was kind of surprised at how well this works, but it does work, at least with my Forerunner 235. It's not completely clear from the description but essentially this app transmits your heart rate from your watch to the companion app on your phone. Then your phone re-broadcasts your heart rate as a standard Bluetooth sensor. So for Zwift, for example, I connect my watch to my (Android) phone, then my phone shows up on Zwift on my iPad as a heart-rate sensor. It sounds more complicated than it is, but it does work really well once it's set up. The only downside is I think it could do with some better instructions, either for this app or the companion app.

IQ! shows when using the app via FENIX 5PLUS looks like the app is bug or not compatible with the latest software

The app idea is fantastic but it's not working, The soon as I start the app, it shows me "IQ!" error message. On my phone I can connect wit ZWIFT perfectly, I also did a manual run and works very well.

Works well on Garmin Venu and but the companion Android app required means you only have 8 mins of recording before you are met with the pay wall. I upgraded and it's been great for virtual cycling in RGT Cycling and Zwift. One Criticism is that the position of the data fields isn't very central on my Venu

Very hit hand miss as to weather Zwift picks up and shows the option to pair with this. When it does, it works roughly but it doesn't transmit HR at all. Shows on my watch but can even get it show to on Zwit but once paired Zwift just says "No Signal". The buttons in the companion app for Android to increase and decrease stride length need to be MUCH BIGGER. I'm constantly having to manually adjust the stride length to get it to match the speed I'm actually doing.

You're right we can make the buttons bigger. It was formerly not designed to adjust step length multiple times. Maybe the Manual Mode would be better for you if you want precise speed recording...? For HR, did you tried to pair only HR ? Sometimes Zwift has trouble managing two sensors (HR and speed) with the same address ?
