Name: Sit-ups Coach: Workout Plan
Author: FikirLtd

A guided sit-up training plan for your Garmin watch. Log reps, build a streak, and save optional strength activities.

Build sit-up capacity with progressive sets and recovery that grows gently with the target. Start from a comfortable rep count, choose partial curl-ups, crunches, or bent-knee sit-ups, and repeat a session whenever you want more practice.

Choose one to seven training days each week. Correct reps on your watch, quick log extra sets, and follow your local history, personal bests, streaks, and milestones toward 100 reps.
