Name: RuckIt - Rucking Tracker for Garmin
Author: ShayneBoyer

Pack it. Ruck it.

RuckIt is a standalone, button-first rucking activity app. Set your pack weight, wait for GPS, and record your weighted walk on the watch without a phone companion, RuckIt account or subscription. Installation uses Garmin's separate account and services; recording afterward works offline.

FEATURES
- Remembered pack weight with presets, custom entry and lb/kg/Auto units.
- Large pace, distance and active-time fields; pack weight stays visible.
- Live heart rate, Garmin's native average HR and load-distance volume.
- Supported elevation, gain and total elapsed time.
- START to start/pause; native Resume/Save/Discard; UP/DOWN pages; BACK/LAP manual laps. Discard requires confirmation.
- Saved summary with distance, active time, total elapsed, average pace, pack and optional average HR/gain.

Garmin-native hiking activity recording handles route and workout data. Pack weight is contributed as a session FIT developer field; actual Garmin Connect label/rendering is not yet verified. Native calories are unchanged. Load-distance is training-volume context, not a calorie or fitness score.

Missing/stale HR and unavailable current GPS pace show --. Active time excludes manual pauses; total elapsed includes pauses. Moving time is not inferred. Average pace uses native average speed. Auto Pause/Auto Lap are not included.

SOFTWARE VALIDATION
Version 0.2.0 was checked on 25 exact SDK product profiles: the original eleven plus original fenix 5S/5/5X, fenix 5S/5/5X Plus, fenix 6S/6/6S Pro/6 Pro, and fenix 7S/7/7S Pro/7 Pro. Its export contains 55 SDK variants, not 55 independently tested physical watches. Screenshots are simulator captures with synthetic data. Other hardware and regional variants grouped by Garmin are not independently certified. See the listing's Compatible Devices tab for current install eligibility. Outdoor GPS/FIT, real HR, battery/firmware and Garmin Connect field rendering remain unverified.

PRIVACY
RuckIt stores settings, a local interruption marker and last summary on the watch. It accesses GPS/HR and creates native FIT activities, but transmits nothing to the developer; no analytics or network permission. Normal Garmin sync is separate and follows Garmin settings/policies. An interrupted marker is not FIT recovery; check watch history.
