Your practice. Your style.

Track the yoga you actually do. Choose General Yoga, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hot Power, Sculpt or Restorative, then press START. MyFlow remembers your last style and records on your watch without a phone or companion account.

Follow duration, heart rate, native average/max heart rate and Garmin-calculated calories when available. Customize six data fields across three recording pages: from Ready, press DOWN and select Settings. Your choices are remembered and can be reset. Compact displays use dedicated metric pages; larger displays show additional information at a glance.

Pause, resume, save or discard with deliberate confirmations. Selected yoga style is included in FIT session metadata. Garmin Connect title and custom-field presentation may vary by device and firmware.

Optional RuuviTag-compatible RAWv2 / format-5 Bluetooth broadcasts provide live temperature, relative humidity, pressure and battery voltage. Search for and select your sensor; check status or retry while paused. Missing or stale reports show unavailable values. No sensor or manual temperature, heat or humidity entry is required.

Ruuvi fields are live-display only, not saved to FIT or session summaries. Measurement sample age is unknown; broadcast identity is not authentication. Ruuvi Air and other broadcast formats are not supported; Pro compatibility depends on firmware. Optional native watch temperature reports are source-unspecified and may be influenced by wrist heat, not verified room, skin or core temperature.

Recording works offline with no developer backend or health-data transmission. Local Bluetooth sensor reception and normal Garmin activity syncing are separate. No coaching, medical interpretation or heat-strain estimates.

Supports the exact watches in the Compatible Devices tab, including supported fenix 5 Plus, 6, 7, 8, 8 Pro and E variants. Original fenix 3/5-era models below Connect IQ 3.2.0 are excluded. SDK/simulator checks are not physical-device certification; real Ruuvi reception, battery and long-session behavior remain unverified. Screenshots show synthetic simulator data.
