Visually the dashboard is good but unfortunately none of the data is recorded and uploaded to Garmin and Strava so you can't analyse your ride performance. Hopefully this can be rectified in future updates. It's also not possible to pair my Edge 830 to the bike to use the Garmin fields while the dashboard is installed.

It's a start. Its unfortunate that you cannot use the sensor information on other data fields at the moment, this should be addressed. Then again, it's version 0.0.1 and does a decent job for the few features that are there.

it's okay to show data in real time, however it doesn't persist cadence or user power in training data, so you can't do any analysis later on

It works more reliably than the IOS application (where I am constantly forced to 'forget' the blue tooth connection in order to connect the app to the bike) This plugin reliably crashes my Edge 830 if I put it on more than one screen. That's easy to avoid. Speed should follow the device setting (MPH vs km/h) or at least be settable via Garmin Connect. It would be preferable for me if all of the data was accessible as standard data fields so that I could incorporate only the items I need onto data pages. I would like to see all of the fields available to the IOS app exposed as standard data fields. Especially items such as odometer.
