This data field displays your heart rate and average or maximum heart rate.</p><p>In the upper left corner, the heart rate zone is displayed by color. You can change the option settings to display the heart rate zone in the bottom bar.</p><p>(By default, heart rate zones are loaded from Garmin's user profile; you can also set heart rate zones manually.)</p><p></p><p>You can change the settings through Garmin Express or the Garmin Connect IQ app.
