Your Bonne Allure training sessions, right on your watch.

The app shows the sessions your coach has prepared for the week, and launches the one you pick as a native structured workout: step-by-step guidance, transition alerts, pace and heart rate targets.

Once downloaded, a session stays on your watch — head out and run, no phone signal needed.

Requires a Bonne Allure account. Pairing takes one step: a six-digit code you enter directly on the watch.

Note: the watch interface is currently in French.
