BeerWatch is a Garmin ConnectIQ data field that shows how many beers worth of calories you burn during a workout, with a filling beer glass animation and a live count based on calories burned.


Setup instructions

- Open Garmin Connect Mobile on your phone.
- Go to More, then Activities & Apps, then Data Fields.
- Find BeerWatch in your installed data fields.
- Add BeerWatch to an activity profile such as Running or Cycling.
- On the watch, start the activity, open the data screens menu, and make sure BeerWatch is selected in one of the fields.


Viewing results in Garmin Connect

- After your activity, open the activity details in Garmin Connect app or web. 
- Look for Beers Burned in the activity summary or custom stats section. 
- The value is logged to the activity FIT file, so if it does not show in the main summary, check the detailed activity view or custom field list.
