WatchiBeastie combines the classic virtual pet raising game with the goal of motivating you to exercise more, eat well, and sleep tight to raise your beastie with your Garmin watch! 
 
When hitting Start, you begin a 21-day challenge. To help me grow up successfully, what you should do:
Step 1. Earn HP! Take care of me to keep me healthy - tap the main screen or press Start to open the menu, you will see the tools of Feed Food, Clean Poop, Take Bath, and Play Game. Use these tools to keep me happy and healthy.
Step 2. Earn XP! Keep your best on healthy daily habits to help me evolve - be active by meeting your step goal and floor goal, exercise more by starting any type of activity, try a Breathwork to unwind, go to bed on time with me, and don't forget to complete your Mission Today.
Step 3. Check on me often! - reorder the Glance to the best position, or set the App as favorite.
 
Tips: 
1. Collect the XP Stars to help me evolve to next stage.
2. Your activity pattern will determine which beastie you hatch and what medal you get.
3. Try not to leave the HP points below half of the bar!"
