Analog watch face currently for VivoActive HR only

The nice thing about making a round watch dial for a rectangular screen is that you have all the room in the corners to display things. If it's not a square screen, you also have at least one spare edge to work with.

This watch face has a round dial at the top of the screen with status icons at the corners of the screen, and step count/target and date/digital time at the bottom.

There are app settings options for reverse direction of watch hands, various colors, military time (missing colon). Default settings were pretty bland, but didn't seem to work under the simulator, so if something is not showing, try changing its color through the mobile app.

This is designed for my needs, so I haven't included features that don't interest me, such as the move bar, calories, elevation, heart rate (too laggy to be of any use anyway), etc.

Though this app does retrieve, process, and display some personal data, it does not collect and store it in any way. I'm just not that clever.

All code is blatantly cribbed from the Garmin SDK tutorials except for some poorly rendered bitmaps.

The version is arbitrarily a 1.0, though it may still need a bit of work. Don't really expect anything more than a point release..

To do:
    * Give option for hand style
    * Optimize code. This might be a bit difficult since I'm not a programmer, so I have no idea how to go about doing it
    * Allow user to set what the corner status indicators show
    * Add more corner status indicators
    * Possibly add the option to shift the dial down further to make room for other indicators along the top edge, though that would only be shifting some of the indicators from the bottom edge.
    * Possibly allow user adjustable date format
    * Probably add a date window to the dial since that space isn't being utilized that well
    * Possibly add corner indicators to the bottom corners of the dial. If there are enough status icons to display
    * Possibly support other rectangular screens. Honestly, the round screens already have better analog watch faces already, so there's no need for me to add to the noise for them, and this schtick about having icons in the corners doesn't work for round watches anyway
    * I'd really love to have a graphical color picker so you can choose any of the 64 colors the VivoActive HR supports, but I'm not sure that's possible with just the existing Connect IQ SDK- so maybe refine this current kludgy color picker

Done:
    * Rev to version 2 of the Connect IQ SDK if only so I can load it onto my watch after updating the firmware at some point in the future
    * Clean up bitmaps, especially the watch markers and hands
    * Make icon colors adjustable
    * Make watch marker colors adjustable

Rev 1.0- Adjustable colors for most of the features
Rev Alpha 0.11- Minor graphical update moving numbers farther outboard

Just as a warning, my attention span is pretty short, so if the last revision of this app is more than a couple of months old, it's probably safe to assume I've abandoned it. Feel free to take my code and modify it as you see fit
