Affirm on the Run is a data field designed to help endurance athletes improve their mental performance during their long efforts. Affirm on the run helps athletes use the mental health practice of affirmations during their activities. In the app settings, you will find space to write up to five affirmations as well as instructions on some best practices for writing affirmations. Add the AffirmOnTheRun data field to your activity by going to your activity settings and selecting it in the Connect IQ Fields section. Remember to enable alerts for this data field in your settings. When you use the data field during your activity, it will provide a data screen that will cycle through your affirmations and send you alerts reminding you of the positive words you have written.
