Rowing auto pause App for on the water and on ergometers: C2, RP3.

How to use: 
Press the down button to enter the settings when in the start screen (picture 1) and you will see the menu screen as in picture 3

Press up and you will see your training zone history (picture 2) of all recorded activities. (also as glance). The app tracks the HR zones during training of all recorded activities over 14 days. 

In the settings you can chance / set. 
On the water or ergo (blue or gray on the start screen)
Auto start if only below 3:00 on or off. 
Auto lap per 500m can be turned on or off. 
Auto pause on strokerate 30-15 or off (14).
Training modes. Training can be set for: Heartrate zones and interval on Distance.
RP3 factor.

The ergo modus suports auto conection via Bluetooth with a RP3 (if usb is used for the screen) and the Concept 2. (Do not put the ergs under sensors in the watch is will not work)

An auto pause can be set between 15 to 30 SPM and will trigger the pause if your SPM drop below the set stroke rate. If no stroke is detected for 4 seconds the autopause is triggerd. If the SPM is 14the auto pause is off.
