Dream Weaver - an app to help you remember and control your dreams! Configure an alarm to wake you up or help you enter a luicid state during your REM stage. Select which REM cycle you want to be alerted in, and the app will monitor your sleep patterns and trigger the notification. Select several minutes into the REM cycle, or detect the end of the REM cycle for the alarm. Configure the morning wake alarm as well, and an optional buffer time to allow it to wake you during light sleep. Snooze time is configurable as well. Lucid dreaming facilitated by configuring the REM alarm to buzz just a set number of times.

1. Make sure to your phone has notifications disabled (do not disturb) for sleep or the watch will buzz during the night. Watch notifications will come through while running the sleep activity.
2. Make sure to charge your watch, the all-night activity will use 5-10% battery.
3. Start the Dream Weaver activity. 
4. Configure your alarm and REM cycle options.
5. Start the sleep session and go to sleep!
6. The watch will vibrate during or at the end of your REM cycle. If no REM is detected or the REM cycle is not long enough for the selected time, then no REM alarm will activate and the morning alarm will still activate.
7. When the REM alarm goes off, press start to acknowledge and go back to sleep until the morning alarm. Configuring the lucid dream mode means no acknowledgement of the alarm is needed, it simply helps make you aware in your dream that you are in a dream.
8. When the morning alarm goes off, press start to snooze, or back to wake up.

Note - if your configured REM cycle or time does not occur, the REM alarm will not trigger. And REM does not always mean you are dreaming necessarily.

The app uses the accelerometer and heartrate to detect your sleep state. While the algorithm works for many people it may not work for you. If you find that it does not work, please contact the developer.
