Name: FlexReady - The morning decision face.
Author: FlexLab

FlexReady is the morning decision face.

One glance tells you whether to push, pace, or recover - using Sleep Score, Body Battery, Stress, and Recovery Time when your watch provides them. A clear GO / EASY / REST status sits above big readable time, with four circled metrics you can customise.

WHAT YOU SEE
- Big status pill: GO (green), EASY (amber), or REST (red)
- Large digital time with optional seconds and hollow minutes
- Slim FlexScore bar (0-100 estimate from available metrics)
- Four metric slots with labelled circles - pick Sleep, Body Battery, Stress, Recovery, Heart Rate, Steps, Calories, Battery, or hide a slot
- Date and watch battery
- Always-On Display support on AMOLED watches

CUSTOMISE
- Layout: Decision (recommended), Minimal, or Metric cards
- Accent themes: Mint Pulse, Amber Dawn, Ice Cyan, Coral Ember
- Hour / minute colours, time font and size
- Score bar style (hidden, slim, or bold)
- Metric size and each of the four slots
- Toggle seconds, date, battery, and score number

IMPORTANT
FlexScore is a FlexLab estimate built from available metrics. It is NOT Garmin Training Readiness. Training Readiness is not exposed to third-party Connect IQ watch faces.

SETUP
1. Install FlexReady and set it as your watch face.
2. Connect IQ - My Device - FlexReady - Settings for accent, slots, seconds, battery.
3. Wear overnight so Sleep Score and Body Battery can populate.
